About the artist
Léo Varek is a French contemporary artist whose work draws on street art and contemporary pop culture. Before developing his studio practice, he created large-scale murals across Europe, including a monumental intervention of more than 600 m² in Courchevel, France. His current work combines acrylic and spray paint in energetic, instinctive compositions characterized by strong contrasts, expressive gestures and vivid colour.
